How can I become a member?
AASA has no membership requirements and we invite anyone to attend our events. To keep up with AASA's event schedule, please follow our social media (FB/IG), our GW Engage page, or this website.
To join an AASA family or apply to be a co-parent, please refer to our Programs page. To apply to join our executive board, take a look at our open positions here.
Who can join AASA?
Anyone can join AASA! We welcome anyone from the AAPI community and allies. Asian Americans include but are not limited to: East Asian Americans, Southeast Asian Americans, South Asian Americans, and Pacific Islander Americans. We also encourage international students to join as well!
How can I share an event/work/research opportunity with AASA?
We include relevant events, internships/work opportunities, and some research opportunities in our weekly newsletter. To submit an opportunity to us, please email us at gwuaasa@gmail.com or send us a message on IG or FB and we'll review it during our weekly meetings.

How can alumni stay in touch?
If you've graduated from GW but still want to keep up to date with what we're doing at AASA, we invite you to share your contact information with us via our Alumni Contact Form. We might reach out with speaking opportunities, resources, events, etc. We also accept donations from alumni.
